Shipping Policy

At Morgans of Delaware, we currently ship orders within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after the order is placed. Processing includes order verification, item preparation, and packaging.

Orders are not normally processed on weekends or U.S. holidays. Processing may take slightly longer during periods of unusually high order volume, promotions, or other circumstances that affect fulfillment.

Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated transit time is approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

Total Shipping Time

Our estimated total shipping time is 5–8 business days, including approximately 2–3 business days for processing and 3–5 business days in transit.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking Information

When tracking information is available for your order, it will be provided through the contact information associated with your purchase. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been handed to the carrier.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated 5–8 business day shipping timeframe, delivery times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
